Unable to Complete (Outsource Mappers only)

This option allows Outsource Mappers to identify those orders that cannot be comlpeted.

  1. From the My Work screen, select an in process, active order.
  2. From the Process Order menu, select Flood Info. Complete all required fields and click Unable to Complete.


    The user is returned to the My Work screen.
    Note: Users with Manager permissions can verify that the order was placed in the Discrepancies queue on the My Work screen.
